Description
This training combines classroom and on-the-wall demos of the Dryvit® Outsulation® Mineral Wool System, Outsulation® Plus MD System with Exterior Fire Blocking, and Dryvit® Outsulation® Masonry Veneer System, as well as our Dryvit® Specialty Finishes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge, network with industry peers, and directly interact with our experts as we take a deep dive into these advanced systems.
This is considered an intermediate/advanced course. Attendees should have previous EIFS experience and must have attended previous training on the Dryvit® Outsulation® and Dryvit® Outsulation® Plus MD systems.
Upon completion, applicators will have updated listing certificates issued to include the Dryvit® Outsulation® Mineral Wool System and the Dryvit® Outsulation® Masonry Veneer System.
Objectives
- Analyze and differentiate the design, components, installation requirements, and performance characteristics of the Dryvit® advanced EIFS systems.
- Evaluate appropriate system selection and application based on project requirements, substrate conditions, fire-performance considerations, and desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Demonstrate proper installation techniques for key system components through hands-on wall demonstrations, applying Dryvit® best practices and quality standards.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Dryvit® Specialty Finishes to identify finish options, understand application methods, and recommend solutions that meet project performance and design objectives.
